Hello!
so, as I said last time I would embark on a weight Loss Journey.
am on the third week of working out and resetting my eating habits.
so far so good, am still struggling with the workouts but i will get there.
the nutrition part is also a bit of an adjustment but i´ve been able to control the cravings pretty good.!
Now am more conscious of what i eat and why, its HARD i tell you but with God nothing is impossible.
This time am determined to do it, and do it right.
Here´s to finishing the third week strong!!!
